Orion does not close tabs, instead of closing, it goes to the next on on the right while leaving the closed tab open

as per the title, if I close to a tab with cmd+w, it doesnt close, orion just goes to next tab, when I click "clos tab" by right click and selecting the option, the tab closes as expected
