Tab opens in new window when signing in with Apple

When the "Sign in with Apple" modal (that prompts for biometric authentication) is active, trying to open a new tab with the keyboard shortcut cmd-T will instead open a new Orion window entirely.

The tab should open in the existing Orion instance.

It is worth noting that Safari behaves the same in this case.

Given that Safari shows this behavior as well, I'm willing to believe this is a WebKit bug and should instead be reported to Apple.
