Proton VPN extension does not connect

Currently, the Proton VPN browser extension is not working. The Chrome extension attempts to connect indefinitely without success. The Firefox one displays a message stating that it cannot control the browser’s network settings (see the screenshot).

Grant browser access to the Proton VPN extension.

The APIs aren't supported in Orion yet.
Unsupported API: privacy, webRequest, webRequestBlocking
Partially supported API: idle

Until Orion fully supports dNR it wont work.
