Just migrated from an Intel iMac to a recent Mac Mini.
This is happening on many, but not all websites. Some are sites that I have visited previously and that I had set to Compatablity Mode, some are not set to CM.
I open a link and I see the webpage load and then a dialog overlays the page (see image).
I don't know what values are expected for Username or Password.
The dialog prevents any interaction with the target webpage.
