Yes, please, it's really standing out.
TBF, the other options are also confusing, with some enhancing privacy while other reduce it.
It would be good to find a wording and way of working that is concistent across all options.
I get it that Cookies, Javascript and Web Fonts can be trickier than the in-page features, but yeah, it would make sense to have these all at the same level.
PS: These three could still still with the others, and apply only on next page load. A message could be shown, but not a blocker.
