I would like to suggest a feature to improve the user experience by allowing Orion to remember window states when reopening the browser, similar to how Safari does it on macOS. Specifically, I would love to see the following features:
Window Size and Position: The ability to remember the size and position of the browser window, ensuring it opens exactly as it was when closed.
Full-Screen State: Allow Orion to restore the full-screen state of the window (if it was previously in full-screen mode).
Split View: Support for remembering and restoring Split View configurations, where Orion can open multiple windows in the macOS full-screen mode.
Space Positioning (Mission Control): Ensure Orion can reopen in the same desktop space (Space) where it was last used, especially when working across multiple desktops.
These features would greatly enhance the usability and consistency of the browser, providing a seamless experience similar to Safari's window management on macOS.
For example, as shown in the video linked here:
Safari can restore the previous state on startup, where the window is both full-screen and split. However, Orion does not have this capability.
