Open link in archive.ph

The feature would allow one to quickly open e.g. a news article with archive.ph, not just with InternetArchive. There are Apple Shortcuts like this, but usually they do not immediately open the article, instead requiring an additional click after searching archive.ph for it.

Users could go to a news article and click the open in archive.ph button (or menu item, whatever). A default shortcut would be cool too. This would then obviously open the article in archive.ph (probably in place instead of in a new tab, because that's the current behaviour for the InternetArchive), not requiring the additional click. I am not aware of implementation of this in other browsers

Hey! I believe almost everything you are requesting can be achieved with Orion's programmable buttons.
To get started, right click your toolbar → Customize Toolbar → Drag the Programmable Button onto your toolbar

Click the symbol to edit it, and make the following edits:

Then click save! Now you can quickly and efficiently open the page in archive.ph (or any other archive service by editing the URL), including using a keyboard shortcut!

N.B. The URL description has an error; use %u to replace the current page URL. I'll create a bug report for that.
