Make it possible to clear the 'Recently Closed Tabs' list

Reasoning behind this suggestion:
Users can access the tabs they have previously closed by long pressing the + on their Orion toolbar. This will present them with a list of every tab they have closed. For active users, this list gets lengthy and there is no way to clear it. My current Orion iOS installation is 4 and a half months old, and the list is already fairly long.

#8001 was a suggestion about the same thing, and it was marked asDone but I could not find anything in the settings to clear the list. This would suggest the option has either been removed as a result of some update, or it is simply well-hidden.

Use cases for this feature:

Enhanced privacy: as there is no way to clear the list, it could have some annoying entries that the user would like to get rid of
Cleaner UI: currently long pressing the + spawns a large list of entries if the user has any recently closed tabs
It makes little sense for them to be called recently closed tabs if I can access tabs that are over 4 months old

It's not in the settings 😉
Actually, before, when you used Close tabs & clear data, the history was still visible when you opened a new tab. Now, the list is empty.

Before reporting, I cleared my Websites Cache and History via Settings → Privacy → Clear History and Websites Data and relaunched Orion but that did not clear my Recently Closed Tabs, all of which are still there despite the history being cleared.

I see! I can confirm that indeed does get rid of the recently closed tab list but it is quite a nuclear solution due to cookies being removed as well.
Edit: It doesn't look like using that cleared my cookies — was is supposed to?

The first time I ran that command, my cookies were not cleared (e.g., I remained signed in to orionfeedback.org) but I just tested it again and now it seems to have cleared my cookies as expected. I'll continue testing that.

On the topic of this suggestion: perhaps just clearing History via Privacy → Clear History and Websites data should also purge the recently closed tabs list.

Additionally, if a user has enabled Never remember history in Privacy settings, ideally there should be no recently closed tabs or at the very least the list should be cleared when Orion is closed.
