Orion often goes to the first auto suggestion when quickly typing a search term in the URL bar.
I'm not sure if it has to do with lag, but it happens at least once or twice every single day for me.
Extremely frustrating, and has been happening for a long time across many versions.
Steps to repro:
open new tab
start typing and quickly hit enter
1 in 10 chance it goes to the top suggestion, often to a website I've been to only once, that only has to do with the first few letters or word from what I did type into the URL bar.
Difficult to reproduce on command, but when it happens, it always catching me off guard.
