GitHub.com "Error Looks like something went wrong!" due to CSP

This account's Github projects fail to load properly:

Projects from other github accounts seem to load without error.
Other browsers load this account's projects without error.
I disabled all extensions and content blockers in Orion.
UPDATE: I signed out of Github and the errors went away. When I signed back in, the errors no longer occurred.

As can be seen in the screen shot, there are many errors like this:

Refused to load https://github.com/JDNafz/chunk-node_modules_scroll-anchoring_dist_scroll-anchoring_esm_js-app_components_notifications_notif-ab7b66-d5ca616787e2.js because it does not appear in the script-src directive of the Content Security Policy.

Instead of "Error..." the project's commit history is listed.

If I open the same URL in a private tab (I am not sure how to logout/clear cookies for the site):

... so something to do with cached (login) cookies + CSP?

UPDATE: After toggling "Enable cookies" in website settings the same errors occur, but the site loads as expected:

I have not been using Orion recently; I don't think Orion has been updated

I could not reproduce the errors. However, I was no longer logged into GitHub/Microsoft.
Recall the error was intermittent; logging out and back in resolved the original bug.
