Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Add the Privacy icon to your Orion toolbar
- Right click the icon
- Notice that the context menu options are duplicated
- All of the options seem to work, and they do the same thing. However, there obviously is no need to have two duplicate sets.
Expected behavior:
The context menu of the privacy icon shoud have only one set of options, as is the case with other buttons.
