similar to #11031 but that is marked done.
on iPhone SE form factor, switching to landscape breaks the chrome view.
The current address bar is still displayed, but the screen render is split between another tab, not the current tab, and a blank white screen.

Reproduce: three tabs open. In the "last" tab. Switch the device to landscape mode.
Browser interface should correctly render the current tab in frame.
