YouTube stuttering while playing games in GFN

YouTube videos are extremely laggy while playing games using GeForce NOW application. Video resolution, YouTube settings or extensions doesn't matter. Tried Compatibility Mode but without success.

I remember had this issue few months ago, now I back to Orion and issue is still there.

Play video on YouTube
Open GeForce NOW application
Run the game
Keep GFN on focus and leave YouTube playing the video on another monitor
Observe massive stuttering

Please notice that if you focus the Orion browser window, video will become smooth again and will start to stutter again if you focus GFN window. This issue is also present on all Firefox based browsers (can't replicate on Chromium based or Safari).

This issue is present on macOS 15 Sequoia as well.

My specs:
Mac Studio M1 Max
32c GPU
32GB RAM

YouTube should play videos smoothly

Hi @AdamWawrzynkowski, thanks for the report on this! The team believes this is an issue stemming from using macOS 15's version of WebKit on Tahoe. As soon as we're able to update that we expect this issue to be resolved.
