Option to Disable Prefetch During Bookmark Import

Submitting this on behalf of a user who contact us via the support mailbox.

When importing a large number of bookmarks (e.g., 1200) from an HTML file, Orion attempts to prefetch each bookmark. This results in a significant number of outgoing connections, which can cause issues for users with firewall tools such as Little Snitch. There is currently no option to disable prefetch during the import process.

Users would benefit from a setting to turn off prefetching, especially during bulk imports

Thank you for reporting this. Orion shouldn't be making any network calls for importing HTML bookmark files. It should just open the file, parse the bookmarks text therein, then add the bookmarks without loading any of them or fetching their favicons (until the user specifically opens a bookmark).

To hopefully be more clear, here is a video of importing via File -> Import From -> Bookmarks HTML File...

I am I missing something?

Looks like the issue involves the Bookmarks menu initiating icon-fetching network calls
