Ryxu8 I suspect the issue is that the original poster is using iOS 15 (e.g. on an iPhone SE 2016) and Orion (like all other browsers for iOS distributed through Apple's app store) has to use the WebKit built-in to iOS. Then the same version of Orion will use different WebKits on different versions of iOS.
One of the unfortunate aspects of Apple's combination of policies for iOS is that older devices can't run newer, safer, etc WebKit (or browser engines in general) even if they have a newer browser whose author could bundle a newer WebKit all else being equal.
In the meantime probably the only option for the OP to fully access StreamDB on his or her phone is to upgrade the iOS which likely means replacing the phone.
