Add option for top hits to not be automatic searched when enter is hit. Often when a search is typed in the current top hit will lag in updating so if enter is hit too fast the now incorrect top hit will be visited rather then the search term. Add an option so a top hit must be tapped and will not be auto visited from typing a search request.
