When signing into ForethoughtAssist the sign in doesn't carry over into the extension so always prompted to sign in.
The sign in does work it just isn't feeding into the extension.
The extension would be used by a lot of support teams for helping find resources for responses much quicker!
I have tried turning off content blockers & using compatibility mode but still no joy.
