sometimes, a website may have a custom shortcut such as shift+r in certain web games, and also have custom shortcuts that utilize the modifier keys. So I would say that the invalid shortcut sound or rather system sound effect should not play, just like Safari and Chrome do.
Invalid shortcuts on websites should not make the system invalid sound
@Fortrikka can you see if this still occurs?

eirk It still occurs. I have a custom shortcut that is, control+R to focus on the apple icon in the menu bar. On Safari it works, but on Orion on many websites, it is blocked even though the website doesn't even use the control +R shortcut shortcut specifically. So there are shortcut precedence issues still.
It has something to do with the websites, because curiously enough on the start page it still works. I use it to focus on the menu bar so that I do not have to use the mouse but can just type the first few letters of the menu bar command so I can navigate it, because pressing the help menu key doesn't allow me to see the specific name of the command if I do not know the specific entry name.
@Fortrikka would you be able to confirm if this still occurs and if so help me reproduce it with clear steps? Also What version of Orion and OS you are using would be helpful as well.
