The iPhone version of Orion implies the URL bar is also a tab by allowing horizontal swipes and scrolling to change active tab, this is inconsistent with a separate tab bar on other platforms. Allowing users to toggle layouts would be ideal for bot types of users.
Versions of Safari up until xOS26 allowed for users to enable combined tabs and now no longer do; Orion seems to frequently be a satisfying and useful replacement and it would be wonderful for those with OCD or those who like the coherent idea behind unified tabs.
