- I wake up / unsuspend my Mac. I launch Orion
- I have a un-named/un-saved window with just a start page tab
- I open a saved window named 'Finance'. Last time I closed this saved window, there were multiple tabs open, but all tabs had unique URLs.
- The newly opened (or restored) saved window 'Finance' opens, but with 3 tabs per URL. i.e. now there are thrice the amount of tabs as previously open and each tab has two extra duplicate tabs next to it.

In the attached image, I have closed all the duplicate tabs (before I file this bug report), except the 'Feed / Produ...' tabs which are triple duplicates of what used to be just one tab. Before I closed the duplicate tabs, I had three duplicate tabs per URL.
When I open / restore a saved window, it should restore my saved tabs correctly:
- The tabs should be in the order that I last left them in that saved window
- The tabs should be the same number as I last left them in the saved window
- The tabs should be the same URLs as I last left them in the saved window (except in cases where a load of a URL after restore / unsuspend causes a redirection - perhaps for authn/authz?)
