Cannot "Open in Figma App"

When visiting a Figma prototype, Figma is able to somehow recognize that one has the Figma application installed, and thus offers a button to directly open it in the desktop application. In fact it also can remember this setting and auto-open in the future.

In Orion, this button does not exist, and we only see "Get the desktop app" button instead.

I expect Figma to realize that my application is installed and working, and thus offer the appropriate button.

Hey! I was able to get this working by doing the following.

I created a new Figma account using Orion
I installed the Figma app
I opened the App and clicked Sign in with Browser
This opened in Orion which is my default browser, and Orion asked if I'd lke to open Figma links in the app, I accepted
Two new entries were added to Settings -> Websites -> External Apps
In Orion, the option to open in desktop app became available and works as expected

laiz Thanks! I tried following the steps, and managed to get both entries created in the settings. However, the figma website still doesn't recognize I have an app 🙁

Perhaps when i re-log and restart...
