It will allow more customization in a way that Safari already has, allowing us not solely to hide certain blocks, but also to reorder their priority.
As an example, in my usage, "Frequently Visited" is significantly less useful than Reading List (or even Siri Suggestions)
In Safari, one is able to reorder sections on the homepage - for example, the Privacy Report is on the top by default 😛 and while i like seeing it, here I moved it below.
