I am using OpenIn to choose a profile for a link i am opening.
I've set it up so that when i click a link, i get a list of Orion profiles, i can click the one i want, and it opens in that profile. E.g. i am launching /Applications/Orion/Orion Profiles/DFA203AC-7AE9-4A98-8A61-E27E8F7F9C22/Orion - Work.app/, or /Applications/Orion/Orion Profiles/DFA203AC-7AE9-4A98-8A61-E27E8F7F9C22/Orion - Play.app/
However, Orion always launches a new instance with the same profile in the dock, and with the next link Orion crashes.

Orion should open the link in the existing profile "app", not create another instance.
