This is a follow-up for #10652, while 1.3.22 (3) fixed it for me for most websites, I figured there's another one still borked: web.telegram.org. The top menu (with the search bar) is not visible.
I guess you'd need a telegram account to test it out. I believe it's a fairly common messenger, but if that's an issue, let me know if I should provide a test account.
