Costcotravel.com does not load the page, but only downloads a file

When trying to open costcotravel.com, it simply downloads a blank file instead of opening a webpage. To replicate this issue, go to costcotravel.com. This does not happen in Safari. Thank you! This happens even in compatibility mode.

I expected the website to open.

I am unable to reproduce this issue; costcotravel.com opens as expected.

I see you tested compatibility mode, could you also check whether the same happens on a fresh Orion profile (File -> Profiles -> New Profile...)?
