After opening a link preview, it would be nice to have the option of expanding it into the last active profile. Currently link previews always expand into the default profile, which requires extra steps to get the tab back into the profile that was last being used.
If, for example, a user with a main (default) and dev profile is currently working in the dev profile and opens an external link preview related to a development project, it may well be preferable to expand that preview into the dev profile that was just being used.
Given the current behavior of the Open external links in: configuration option, it might make the most sense to have link previews expand in the same manner (i.e. either to the default profile or last used profile based on the configuration setting).
