Reordering tabs in list view causes the tab listing to scroll to the top

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Open a bunch of tabs so the tab list view (Sidebar) can be scrolled
Scroll down the list
Pick a tab, and change its position
Notice that the tab listing is automatically scrolled to the top after moving the tab

Expected behavior:
The tab listing should not scroll on its own when the user moves tabs.
