Command+Enter in website search bar does not create new tab

Steps to reproduce:

Type a query into the orionfeedback.org search bar, and press command+enter

Expected behavior:
It should open the search query in a new tab, not the same tab.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion 109.1.4 MacOS 12.1
