- Attempt to scroll down the page content
Issue Description
When scrolling through forum threads on the Power Platform Community site, the following issues occur:
- Page content renders incorrectly after scrolling, with elements sometimes overlapping
- The fixed navigation bar at the top occasionally flickers or disappears when scrolling
- Scrolling speed is inconsistent and stutters, particularly when passing forum post boundaries
- Images and formatted text within posts may temporarily distort during scroll operations
- The browser sometimes ignores scroll inputs for 1-2 seconds before suddenly jumping
- When using trackpad/mouse wheel for scrolling, the sensitivity appears inconsistent
Expected Behavior
- Smooth, consistent scrolling throughout forum pages
- All page elements should maintain proper positioning during scrolling
- Navigation bars should remain fixed and stable
- Content should load and display correctly while scrolling
- Scrolling speed and sensitivity should be consistent

The issue occurs consistently (100% of the time) when visiting any thread on the Power Platform Community forums.
