Bug Description
Multiple UI strings in the "Website Data" management section are not translated into Russian when the app language is set to Russian. The issue specifically affects all titles of the settings hierarchy.

Details
In the "Websites Data" screen, the following elements remain in English despite the app being set to Russian language:
- The main screen title "Websites Data" (should be "Данные веб-сайтов")
- The search placeholder "Search websites data" (should be "Поиск данных веб-сайтов")
- The button "Show all websites" (should be "Показать все веб-сайты")
- The button "Remove all data" (should be "Удалить все данные")
- Multiple occurrences of "Cache", "Cookies", "Local Storage", and "Service Workers" labels throughout the listing
Steps to Reproduce
- Set Orion language settings to Russian
- Open Orion Browser
- Navigate to Settings (Параметры)
- Go to Privacy (Конфиденциальность)
- Tap on Manage Website Data (Управление данными веб-сайтов)
- Observe that all titles on level 4 remain in English
Actual Behavior
All text labels remain in English, creating an inconsistent user experience. The main navigation is properly translated to Russian, but level 4 content remains entirely in English.
Expected Behavior
All labels in the Website Data management screen should be properly translated into Russian.
Root Cause
The translation strings for all titles on level 4 are confirmed missing from the translation management platform at https://localazy.com/p/orion-browser. All titles on level 4 of the settings hierarchy need to be added to the translation system.
Impact
This issue affects the user experience for Russian-speaking users, creating an inconsistent interface with mixed language elements. This undermines the localization efforts and may confuse users.
