Steps to Reproduce
- Open Orion RC browser in English
- Change the browser language to Russian
- Use the browser with the Russian interface
- Switch the language setting back to English
- Close all windows and tabs
- Restart the browser
Actual Result
After restarting the browser with English selected as the language, window names remain in Russian. As shown in the screenshot, the window name displays as "Окно 1" (Russian for "Window 1") despite the rest of the interface appearing in English.
However, under Window menu correct "Window 1" is displyed:
Expected Result
After switching back to English and restarting the browser, all UI elements including window names should display in English (e.g., "Window 1" instead of "Окно 1").
Visual Evidence
The screenshot shows a browser window with English UI elements like "Start Page", "Favorites", "Bookmark Tab", but the window name in the dropdown menu appears as "Окно 1" (in Cyrillic characters).
