Issue Description
The "Добави" (Add) button in the custom filter URL dialog has text that appears to be truncated or constrained by the button width. The Russian/Bulgarian text doesn't fully fit within the button boundaries, creating an unprofessional appearance and potentially confusing users.
This should be available under Settings > Privacy
Steps to reproduce
- Open Orion RC
- Switch UI to Russian
- Restart browser
- Navigate to Парамерты > Конфиденциальность > Настройка Фильтров
- Press Plus sign

Proposed Solutions

min-width instead of fixed width
- Add appropriate padding on both sides of text
- Consider using flexible layout that adjusts based on text content
Option 2: Update Translation in Localazy
Modify the translation to use a shorter word that conveys the same meaning:
Replace "Добави" with "ОК" or another shorter equivalent that maintains the same semantic meaning while fitting comfortably within the current button dimensions.
