Missing Translation - Return to last active tab

Summary

The setting "Return to last active tab when closing current tab" appears in English within the Russian UI, despite other surrounding text being properly translated to Russian.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Orion Browser with Russian language settings
Navigate to browser settings/navigation preferences
Observe the option "Return to last active tab when closing current tab" is displayed in English rather than Russian

Evidence

The setting appears highlighted in red in the first screenshot, showing it remains in English while surrounding text is in Russian
The second screenshot shows a search for this string in what appears to be the translation interface, with "Russian" selected but "No data to display"
Confirmed on Localazy site that this translation string is missing for Russian

Expected Behavior

This setting should be translated to national languages, similar to other UI elements in the same settings section.
There should be a translation string at https://localazy.com/p/orion-browser/phrases

Suggestion

Add a translation string for the phrase "Return to last active tab" to let the community offer translation in their native languages
