Description
I've identified a user interface issue in the Kagi browser where a Russian translation is incomplete. In the tab management settings menu, there appears to be a mixed language display:

Issue Details:
Dropdown menu option text "Shift all children up a level" appears in English rather than Russian
The dropdown menu options themselves have mixed translation status:
Context:
The screenshot shows a settings interface for tab behavior configuration, specifically for determining what happens when closing expanded tabs in a vertical tab view. The primary checkbox and potentially other UI elements have Russian translations, but several strings remain in English.
Important Note:
These translation strings are missing from the Orion Browser localization project at https://localazy.com/p/orion-browser/phrases. This resource needs to be updated to include translations for these UI elements to ensure a complete Russian localization.

Expected Behavior
The "Shift all children up a level" button should be translated to Russian, consistent with the rest of the interface. The appropriate Russian translation would likely be "Переместить все дочерние элементы на уровень выше"
Configuration
- Browser: Orion Browser
- Version: 0.99.133.1-rc (WebKit 619.1.11.111.2)
- Operating System: macOS Ventura 13.4 (22F66)
- Language Setting: Russian
- Issue Type: Localization/Translation
Additional Notes
- All other UI elements in the Sync settings panel appear to be properly translated
- The issue appears to be isolated to this specific button text
- iCloud synchronization functionality is working as expected
Impact
This is a minor localization issue that doesn't affect functionality but impacts the user experience for Russian-speaking users by presenting inconsistent language in the interface.
