'Search in page' doesn't work properly on some sites

For example, if I go to this article 'Jet-Powered "Superbike For The Skies" Emerges Out Of Stealth Mode' at zerohedge.com and do a page search (cmd-f) on superbike then only the first two words of four are highlighted. They're at the top of the page while the other two are further down in the Comments section (which needs to be clicked to open). Clicking on the left or right arrow in the search bar does nothing, the page stays at the top.

I got the same result when searching for other words or phrases, especially in the Comments section, with different articles (same website). Changing to Compatibility mode did not resolve it.

What I expected to happen was that the page would jump down to the section where those words are located when clicking either arrow. Also tried the same thing in Safari and it worked okay. Same for Firefox.

I've added a screen recording for clarification using a different article. It's a hit and miss thing. Sometimes the search function works as expected, or it partially works (finds search terms only in the body of the article). And at other times the page doesn't move at all when the arrow is clicked, as in the superbike example above.
