Letting users turn all sites dark by default should be a fairly simple change that significantly improves usability when browsing new sites and avoids a lot of needless clicking.
There's already a per-site setting to toggle dark-mode on.
It would be nice to extend this capability to all sites by default with a global setting, and let users disable dark-mode on a per-site basis instead.
