Apologies for the atrocious title
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Create a new Saved Window via the drop down menu (not the encircled + button; see video below)
- notice that the saved window list in the sidebar is not updated to show the new saved window
- restart Orion
- The created saved window is now present
Bonus bugs include all kinds of UI desync/mismatch prior to relaunching Orion if you attempt to change to the new Saved Window.

This video first showcases how the + button in the sidebar works as expected. It then demonstrates how the drop down menu with its + button does not.
Expected behavior:
No matter how the user creates a new saved window, the UI should always correctly display it.
