Orion hang on startup and crash

Don't know how to reproduce.

Following is the timeline Orion went crazy:

Have google doc opened on multiple windows
Started Google meet
- Start with a usb mic, then tried to switch to AirPods, others could not hear me, switch back to usb mic, and it stopped working too
Restarted Orion did not fix AirPods issue
Finished the call using Firefox with AirPods
Started Orion after call
- Hung on startup, so stuck the whole desktop was slowing down
- Rebooted machine
- Orion hung on startup
- Made 2 recordings

After above recording, I restarted (force quite) Orion. Got a little bit of control and discover following:

I definitely did not have that many unpin tab before. I end up deleting that saved windows after another force quit, restart Orion 2 more times and seems it is back to normal now.

There was 1 auto sent crash report (from 1 of the forced quit):

JSiuDev can you please share tab count you have open in Orion at this moment? as that can be a potential reason of start-up hang.

dino I assume you are asking about the 2nd recording. The correct unpin tab count should be the same as the first one, as I kept forced quitting and open Orion again. It should be 10-15.

JSiuDev is that possible to share browser_state.plist file from profile data storage directory (contains all open tab info) to help us reproduce the issue. You can share it in DM.

PS: As I stated before, I recreated that saved windows, so not sure if the file will be useful.

JSiuDev you can share it on Discord as DM, as we want to recreate the local setup you have, to identify the root cause, as we have seen such issue when having 500+ open tabs in past, so just trying to figure out if there's some specific browser setup (tabs, favorites, tab groups etc).

or you can follow some steps to help us providing more context about the issue:

Try creating a backup of browser_state.plist file somewhere, remove the one from profile data and try relaunching the browser to check if the issue still reproducible?
Same with favourites.plist, if the issue still there.
