- Open menu bar bookmark drop down menu
- Mouse over folder
- Check "Open in New Tab" in the sub menu
- If it is grey out, mouse over other item and come back, it maybe enabled
- Close the bookmark menu and you can repeat the cycle again
This should not happen.
