I would like a way for the tabs and address bar to be centred on toolbar when using the compact layout. This is similar to how it is when you are using the vertical tabs layout where the address bar, the tabs, and the icons around it are centred on the toolbar.

This is mainly a design request that I see browsers like Safari doing where the address bar, the tabs, and the icons around it are centred on the toolbar when using compact layout. I would love if it was implemented this way in Orion.
