Repeated tab refreshes cause high memory consumption without release

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open Orion and navigate to a webpage
2.Open Activity Monitor
3.Observe initial memory usage for the tab.
4.Refresh the tab repeatedly
5.Monitor memory consumption after each refresh.

The memory should be released

Hey! We talked on Discord. To help with debugging, could you include the following information:

a list of the extensions you have running on that website
whether a fresh Orion profile (File -> Profiles -> New Profile...) exhibits this behavior

It appears that on a new profile it behaves a bit different. (At least parts of the memory is being freed)
