in the Extentions popup
add a dropdown menu so as to be able to access settings page for an addon.
a user would onpen the dropdown and click on the Settings button to bring them to the addons settings webpage and be able to customize various addon settings.if this would be done, the extention settings would end up being a usefull way to manage extra settings in the future.the drop down could be used as a way to manage the addon(enable addon, permissions and other)
as a clarification, the arrows drawn over the current ui's enable/disable button are mimicking the arows that show wether a drop down is open or not
