When opening a file on a page, a ‘download’ button pops-up.
Pressing it will lead to ‘loading’ the document.
When looking in the ‘download’ area it states ‘failed’.
This happens with different documents from different sites.
What goes wrong?

What is your downloads folder set to in Orion settings -> General? Does changing it to some other location solve this issue?
Thx laiz. Changing it to another folder worked. Still a bit strange because I changed it from the download folder of my ipad to the download folder on icloud.
I think Orion iOS forgets the download folder location in some manner after each update. See this related issue:
