Dormant tabs sometimes will not revive. Here we see a tab which had been sleeping before I made this video, with the little moon icon in the lower-right corner of the tab handle's favicon. It did not wake up and load when chosen. It would not render no matter how many times a refresh was attempted. Copying the URL and pasting it into a new tab in the same window caused it to render correctly, immediately:
There seems no predictability or consistency to which tabs will or won't exhibit this behaviour; another tab in this same window re-rendered correctly and immediately when selected, for example.
