After installing 1Password either from Chrome/Firefox addon store or from the popular extensions, after a while upon launching orion - the extension disappears completely and seems to uninstall itself entirely and no longer accessible via the browser
The extension should appear each time the browser boots.

Hey Yannick -- below is a screenshot of the extensions dropdown and I've checked the Orion RC extension folder and it is gone there too.
Not the first time this has happened to me either. 
I'm not sure if there are logs I can send over? I know a crash report was auto sent before I re-opened and the extension disappeared this afternoon.
Have created a clean profile with 1Password installed to test it out again -- will let you know if happens again.
I have opted for the firefox extension.
