Profile icon launch new process

Steps

1. Have more than 1 profiles
2. Change default profile to 3rd profile
3. Close Orion
4. Launch Orion from the base Orion icon
5. Launch Orion with the 3rd profile icon <-- Instead of a new window from step 4, a new Orion process is started.

If a profile is already running, don't start new Orion process.
