Orion iOS Handoff/Continuity Not Working Again

Orion 1.3.19 running on iPhone SE 3rd generation with iOS 18.4
Orion installed without any extensions (vanilla installation from the App Store)

App version: 1.3.19 (10) (WebKit 8621.1.15.10.7)
System version: 18.4.0

Native bounds: (750.0, 1334.0)
Scale: 2.0
Regular tabs: 1/https://kagi.com/

macOS 15.4 on MBP 16in 2019
Handoff/Continuity tested using Safari, Facetime, Firefox and works flawlessly between the two devices (both directions)

Steps to reproduce:

Launch Orion on iOS device, connect to kagi.com

Expected behavior:
the macOS device should show advertised handoff from the iOS device in the dock
Observed behavior:
no handoff available/visible in the dock on the macOS side

Orion 1.3.19 on iOS 18.4

I could easily reproduce and quickly found a fix for it. It should land in the next release or the one after.
