Tab settings not consistent between compact and standard/vertical

As the title said.

Most obvious is the programmable button and what goes into the overflow menu:

Vertical tab:

Standard tab:

Compact tab:

The overflow menu is completely different between compact mode and standard/vertical mode.

This should not happen. They should all be the same.
