Sessions don't seem to be shared with SSBs / 'install as an app'

I've created a Profile specifically for this YouTube SSB, and added the SponsorBlock extension. I've done nothing else in this profile.

I used the "Install this site as an App" menubar-item, then 'fixed' the current CTD signing issue:

However, when first launched, it's signed out (in a profile that doesn't have my password manager installed, intentionally - so mildly annoying):

This is made significantly worse because of (https://orionfeedback.org/d/10726-security-keys-webauthn-fido2-dont-work-at-all-in-ssbs-install-as-an-app) - I can't login in the SSB, either, at all, thanks to the lack of security-key functionality.

Sessions should be shared between SSBs and the main app for a given profile.
