Just like a normal tab how it shows the title when hovered, but for pinned tabs.
The use case is if I have 10 pins of the same website, they're all just favicons and hovering them could show the title, even using the current styling or a tooltip?
It would cut down on so many people requesting pinned tabs be a full list, since even when it's an icon they could hover to see what the tab is.
